Sucker Punch

  • 4 cups grapefruit juice
  • One batch Jalapeno Simple Syrup (see below)
  • One bottle Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin
  • One bottle Prosecco
  • One grapefruit, sliced into rounds
  • One jalapeno, sliced into rounds

Combine grapefruit juice, jalapeno simple syrup, Single Barrel Gin in large punch bowl. Add Prosecco and float grapefruit and jalapeno slices on top of punch bowl right before serving.

Jalapeno Simple Syrup: 1 cup water, 1 cup cane sugar, 1 sliced jalapeno.  Gently simmer ingredients until sugar is dissolved; strain out jalapeno. Use 2 jalapenos for spicier syrup
