- 1 1/2 oz Heritage Cask Whiskey
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 4-6 fresh mint leaves
- 3-4 thin slices of fresh peach
- 1-2 dashes peach bitters (or Angostura)
Place mint, peach and simple syrup in shaker glass. Muddle. Add whiskey and bitters. Shake for 8-12 seconds. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with peach slice and sprig of mint.
