Blood Orange Negroni
- 2 oz Stonecutter Spirits Single Barrel Gin
- 3/4 oz Campari
- Squeeze of blood orange, plus peel
- 1/2 oz Sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dry vermouth
Stir Single Barrel Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth and squeeze of blood orange with ice vigorously for 45 seconds. Strain into rocks glass with large ice cube; garnish with blood orange peel.
